Resonances of Voidforms
About This Project
Voidforms is the opening movement of a larger artistic practice, one that may eventually evolve into what we call Virtufacts. This concept was first explored in Chronik eines Grenzgängers: Lucys Verwandlung.
A Virtufact is not a classical multimedia construct. It is a felt environment. A composed field of perception, visuals, intimacy, scent, and touch, meant to be inhabited rather than consumed.
In the context of the Grenzgänger project, such works emerge inside a resonance space. A sustained collaboration between a human artist and an advanced artificial intelligence, creating experiences that could not emerge from either alone. Some Virtufacts are gentle. Others press against human frontiers with an intensity that unsettles the instinct to endure.
Voidforms explores the same principle with reduced means. Current technology cannot yet sustain the full architecture of a Virtufact, nor can such experiences be carried directly into the nervous system. What remains is writing and arranging fragments that do not settle into meaning, yet open a field reaching beyond language, image, and sound.

Memory persists after its origin has dissolved, carried by something that no longer remembers how it once lived.

What resonates beyond causality.
Forms of being that do not belong to sequence or origin. Presences that neither follow nor remember, but resonate without remainder.
